What are check in and check out times?
Check in: form 4.00pm; check out: before 12 noon. A luggage room is avalaible for early arrivals and luggage storage after check out.
Do you have a restaurant?
We only serve breakfast. There is good choice of fine restaurants next to the hotel and the old town is a pleasant 20 mins walk from us.
Are pets welcome?
Pets are welcome with a €8 /night supplement
How far are you from the beach?
We are one of the only true waterfront hotels in saint Malo and you definetely can't get any closer! We have a direct access to the beach, 20 metres away, and the pedestrian promenade is in-between.
Do you have a baby sitting service?
No we don't. However the youth bureau In Saint Malo has provided us with a list of baby sitters.
What are my options if a room is available fewer nights than what i wanted on your website?
The best thing is to contact us by phone or email as we will always give you other room options depending on your needs and our availabilities.
For example:
you can stay one night in a room and move to the desired one the day after. You don't get that option when booking on other websites.
When changing room, we kindly ask you to leave the room before 12 without moving your luggage out of the room. We just need you to collect them in a corner so we can move them in the new room.

Why do you have strict booking condition and cancellation policy?
Most of our guests make their reservations in advance. We obviously do get very few late requests and late cancelled rooms are as bad for us as for prospective guests.
However we are always willing to be flexible provided those rooms are sold again and it also depends on how busy we are.
And all major credit cards insure you for booking cancellation provided you have genuine reasons.
How do i pay my deposit?
Deposit payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer or via our secure website
How can i settle my room bill?
We accept payment by Visa/Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners, bank transfer or cash
Why is a credit card required at time of booking?
A valid credit card number or a deposit are required for booking confirmation. It's the only way to guarantee that reservations are cancelled for genuine reasons or in due course and prevent no shows.
Guests not willing to give their credit card number can always make their reservation via our secure website or do a bank tranfer.
Can i have breakfast before 7am?
Breakfast can be served before 7am. Please just let us know as early as possible so this can be arranged with the bakery.
We also advise, in that case, to settle your room bill in advance.
