These general terms and conditions of sale apply to any booking of stays and other services made through the website www.kyriadsaintmaloplage.com
They are intended to govern the relationship between the customer and SARL Hôtel Atlantis (Kyriad Saint-Malo Plage Hotel), a limited liability company with a capital of 1,000,000 euros, whose registered office is located at 49 Chaussée du Sillon, 35400 SAINT-MALO, registered with the RCS of Saint-Malo under the number 390521086, VAT number: FR 39052108600012.
Any booking through this website implies the unconditional acceptance of the following general terms and conditions of sale.
Reservation
Our customer service is at your disposal to answer your questions and arrange your future reservations by email at contact@kyriadsaintmaloplage.com or by phone at +33 2 99 56 09 26.
Individual reservations made on the website www.kyriadsaintmaloplage.com, by mail or by phone.
The website www.secure-hotel-booking.com/smart/Kyriad-Saint-Malo-Plage/29AA/fr/ allows for the booking of rooms at the Kyriad Saint-Malo Centre Plage Hotel. Any reservation implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the rooms and services offered.
In accordance with Article L. 221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code cannot be exercised.
Any phone or email reservation must be confirmed with the customer service by providing a credit card number as a guarantee (16 digits + expiration date), which can be transmitted by phone at 02.99.56.09.26, by fax at 02 99 40 75 01, or by email at : contact@kyriadsaintmaloplage.com.
Cancellation conditions* :
Cancellation up to 6:00 PM the day before arrival. For any cancellation received after this deadline, the amount corresponding to the first night per reserved room will be charged. **
* Except for the following room types: 6-person sea view apartment and 5-person apartment without sea view – cancellation is free until 6:00 PM 3 days before the arrival date.
** For the periods from 15 to 17.04; 26 to 28.05; 3 to 5.06 and for all room types: free cancellation until 6:00 PM 3 days before the arrival date. For any cancellation received after this deadline, the amount of the first night per reserved room will be charged.
** For the period from July 1 to August 27, 2022, inclusive, and for all room types: free cancellation until 6:00 PM 5 days before the arrival date. For any cancellation received after this deadline, the total amount of the stay will be charged.
** Any reservation made for a stay between November 3 and November 7, 2022, is non-cancellable, non-modifiable, non-refundable.
Group Reservations (from 10 rooms or 20 people):
The reservation becomes firm upon receipt of a deposit corresponding to 30% of the total booking amount. Deposits can be made by bank check, bank transfer, cash, or credit card.
Group Reservation Cancellation Conditions:
Up to 6 weeks before arrival: no charge
From 6 to 4 weeks before arrival: 25% of the total amount of canceled services will be billed.
From 4 to 2 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total amount of canceled services will be billed.
From 2 weeks to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total amount of canceled services will be billed.
Less than 8 days from the arrival date: 100% of the total amount of canceled services will be billed.
Individual reservations made through the Palais du Grand Large booking platform
Any reservation through the Palais du Grand Large booking platform implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the rooms and services offered. Any reservation must be confirmed with the customer service at 02.99.56.09.26 or by email at contact@kyriadsaintmaloplage.com. To confirm the reservation, a credit card number is required as a guarantee in case of late cancellation. (Free cancellation: 7 days before the arrival date; after this deadline, the amount corresponding to the first night will be charged to the provided credit card).
Group reservations made through the Palais du Grand Large booking platform:
The reservation becomes firm upon receipt of a deposit corresponding to 30% of the total booking amount. Deposits can be made by bank check, bank transfer, cash, or credit card.
Group Reservation Cancellation Conditions (same as previously mentioned).
Up to 6 weeks before arrival: no charge
From 6 to 4 weeks before arrival: 25% of the total amount of canceled services will be billed.
From 4 to 2 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total amount of canceled services will be billed.
From 2 weeks to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total amount of canceled services will be billed.
Less than 8 days from the arrival date: 100% of the total amount of canceled services will be billed.
Stay and payment:
Your room will be available from 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival and must be vacated by noon on the day of departure. Any extension of the departure time will result in a charge.
We ask you to inform us of any changes to your stay (departure date, breakfast, crib, etc.) by phone before your arrival or by notifying the reception the day before for the following day. Our rates include all taxes, tourist tax, from 01/01/2022 to 12/31/2022: €1.35 per person. Not included in the room rate are any extras and additional services (breakfast, drinks, personal expenses), unless otherwise specified (for room and breakfast package reservations or special Valentine's Day offers).
Payment is made in euros exclusively with payment methods including Visa, Master Card, national debit card, American Express, bank transfer, cash, ANCV holiday vouchers, Kadeos infini check, Tir Groupe, Cadhoc, Cado cheque, BEST.
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution:
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. For any complaints regarding a reservation made on the website, you are invited to contact our customer service at 02 99 56 09 26, Kyriad brand customer service at 01.73.21.98.99, or to contact us by mail at the following address: Hotel KYRIAD SAINT MALO CENTRE PLAGE 49 Chaussée du Sillon, 35400 SAINT-MALO.
