What time are check-in and check-out?
Rooms are available from 4:00 PM, and must be vacated by 12:00 PM (noon). If you arrive earlier, we will check the availability of your room. If it is not yet ready, you can store your luggage in our storage area.
Likewise, we can hold your luggage after check-out if you wish to continue exploring the region in the afternoon.
Do you offer childcare services?
We do not have an in-house service, but the Saint-Malo Youth Information Office has provided us with a list of available babysitters.
We can also provide information on childcare companies. However, there is no dedicated space for this service on-site.
Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Yes, pets are welcome except in the breakfast room.
Does the hotel offer a restaurant service?
The hotel does not provide dining services, but there are many excellent restaurants nearby, including gastronomic restaurants, crêperies, pizzerias, and brasseries.
Additionally, the old town is just over 1 km away. You can also enjoy Ty Bocal jars in your room.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept the following payment methods: Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners, checks, cash, ANCV, Havas checks, Cadhoc, Tir Groupé, 3 Suisses, Tickets Compliments and Infini, and bank transfers.
You can, of course, pay with a different card than the one used for the reservation.
